The AEIC serves as the information clearinghouse for Cooperative Research and Extension. From video and publication production to downlinking relevant national conferences, graphic arts and photography, the AEIC uses a multi-media approach to publicize progress in the program areas offered by Extension. The AEIC also handles public relations as needed by Lincoln University Cooperative Research and Extension state specialists, and research investigators, which includes media relations and event planning.

The AEIC has more than 700 videos in stock, viewed by an average of 30,000 people per year. Topics range from small livestock care and gardening to Black parenting issues and literacy.

Videos may be checked out at no cost and are listed in the Publications and Video Catalog, which is updated annually and available online and in print (upon request). Publications are also free in limited quantities.
